BODYWORK
Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
Traditional relaxing Swedish massage techniques involving long connecting strokes from feet to shoulder to head and neck. Deep Tissue is deeper therapeutic touch to work out the knots that bind you to your pain.

Thai Massage
Ancient Massage of Thailand practiced on a futon mat on the floor taking you through a series of yoga like stretches while massaging the body along the Sen (energy) lines of the body. Thai Massage greatly increases flexibility, range of motion and renews your energy.

Thai Herbal Compress
Following the same techniques of traditional Thai Massage, yet on a table, Thai Herbal Compress is a combination of oil massage with two heated herbal compresses filled with ginger, eucalyptus and lemongrass to deeply penetrate through the body tissue leaving you with a fresh sense of well being.

La Stone & La Polar Stone Therapy
La Stone Therapy is a practice that uses heated smooth basalt stones from volcanic activity to massage the body. Warming, soothing and relaxing La Stone Therapy is the original of all hot stone massage. La Polar Stone is the same work as La Stone yet with the use of smooth, cold marble to break up heated tension in the muscles. La Stone and La Polar combined relax and invigorate the body.

Reflexology
Through working only on the feet Reflexology is an age-old practice of relieving the body, mind and spirit of pain and discomfort. The feet are a map to the body and through reflexology stress, tension and pain can be detected and decreased.

Structural Integration
Structural Integration realigns the framework of the body through the myofascial system also known as connective tissue. Beginning with the feet to establish a stable foundation and then working up the legs to solidify the structure so a balanced pelvis may rest on top, which can then house a lifted rib cage while the neck is elongated freeing the head to float above the body.

Prenatal Massage
During Pregnancy it is important to have a regular massage to help release water retention and move additional blood created for the life growing inside you. Prenatal Massage works all parts of the body with special attention to the hips, shoulders, hands and feet to regain easier mobility. A Body Cushion is placed on top of the massage table with an adjustable mid section allowing room for the baby and cut outs for the breasts giving mommy the opportunity to lye on her stomach during the different trimesters.

Infant Massage
Everyone needs massage especially babies. During the first year of a baby’s life the nature of touch is an important aspect to help development. Infant massage helps relax baby when fussy and could help with symptoms such as colic. It also helps establish body awareness connecting feet to legs, hands to arms and to body. Create a bond like no other between you and baby.

“Free your mind and let yourself go, unwind and melt the tension allowing your body to heal itself.”
